The Peer Mentoring Program was developed through the GSS as a way for older graduate students to help newer students transition to graduate student life at Washington University. The current E&PS Peer Montors are Nancy Hsia, Cynthia Fadem, Kim Lichtenberg, Sandra Wiseman, Garrett Euler, Manavi Jadhav, and Erica Emry.
Being peer mentors means that we take special care to be up-to-date on policies and practices that affect grad students, have met and discussed grad student needs with members of the administration, and have done a lot of thinking on our own about what grad students need/want most out of their academic institution. We're here to help, so feel free to come to any of us with your concerns.
